2.1. For any euch permit for the erection of any fire•proof building,

Dear Mr. Heller:
Mechanical permits were issued on July 22, 1999 and October 16, 2000 for the
installation of a fumace, air conditioner and water heater at your address. According to
Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code, a final inspection shall be
perFormed on the mechanical permits. As of this date no inspections have been called
for.
The permit fees that were paid covers the inspector's time to check to make sure the
appliance was installed correctly. We also need to check for the installation of
combustion air, vent and connector sizing.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do not
hear from you, your permit will expire and any inspections on this installation will require
a new permit.
