Dear Mr. Haldorson:
On February 7, 2000, the Fridley City Council officially approved your request for a Special Use
Permit, SP #99-13, to allow a proposed storage building on your property, legally described at
Lots 34, 35, Block L, Riverview Heights, generally located at 514 Dover Street NE.
Approval of this special use permit is contingent upon the following stipulations:
1. At staffs discretion, inspections will be conducted of the yard area between the street and the
garage and, if found to be regularly used as a driveway, a hard surface drive shall be
constructed by the petitioner within 3 months of receiving such notice from the City.
2. All necessary permits shall be obtained from the City prior to construction.
3. The structure shall not be used for a home occupation.
4. All vehicles shall be stored on a hard surface as approved by the City.
5. The siding and roof materials shall continue to match the exterior of the existing home.
