Dear Mr. Cerimovic:
A final inspection was conducted on January 31, 2002 for the construction of the house &
garage located at the above noted address. It was determined that the construction
complies with the approved plans and the structure is approved for occupancy. The
following items were noted which must be completed before the building permit can be
finaled;
1. Provide sod in the front and side yards by June 17, 2002.
2. Provide a hard surface driveway by June 17, 2002.
We will expect the above items to be completed on or before the scheduled date and a

Dear Mr. Cerimovic:
A mechanical permit was issued on October 16, 2001 to inst�lll a furnace and air
conditioner at your address. According to the 1991 Unifonn Mech�uiical Caie, a tinal
inspcction shall be conducted on d�e work authorized by this permit. The tinal inspection
conducted on July 2, 2002 noted tt�e following items Uiat must be corrected and
reinspected:
1. Fill gap where intake penetrated east side of house.
2. Scale around new vent penelration.
The pennit fee that was paid covers die inspection to make sure thc work was completed
according to the Codes. We will keep your permit open for another 30 days and if we do
not hear from you within this time to set up the inspection, we will mark the pennit "no
inspcction called for by homeowner after notification" and t��ilce no lurther action.
