To be built with 2x9 construction, twelve inches on center. Siding removed to allow airlock to be attached to existing gable stud wall (through sheathing). Roof fastened to existing qable wall studs by first rafter and supported by airlock walls. Treated sole plate bolted to concrete landing Outside to be finished with sheathing and siding. Inside to be finished with insulation and sheetrock. Roof to be finished with tar paper and shingles. Additional two foot eight incn exterior door completes the air lock structure. See sketch C. Cost is approximately 5300.00. 3) Add non-load bearing wa11 on interior s�de of kitchen. Reason is to shrink "too-large" corridor space between triangle work space and provide usable broom closet.
