I have reviewed our fi7es on the requiremer��s for district separation as
approved with tf�e plat for Innsbruck Villages and have found the following
inadequacies which need to be respondecl to.
1. The fill that was placed along the �ti�estern boundary just north
af Trapp Caurt has been inadequately protected and is beginning
� to sho4v signs of stress anci will soon collapse unless steps are
taken to stabilize the slopes.� . . �
2. She slopes to the south �f Trapp Court have been inadequately
prepare� and therefore do not have adequa�e growt� to pro�:ect
from erus�i�n.
3. The pi°esent landscaping is inadequate to provide necessary screening
. as rec�uired by �he City Code. Also a majority of landscaping plaqied
along berm is either dead or dying.
These conditions must be corrected and sugc�est that are meet at the site to
discuss the appropriate course af action 1:o correct these problems. Please

A mechanical permit was issued on June 1, 2001 to install a gas range at your address.
According to the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be conducted on
the work authorized by this pernut. As of this date the inspection has not been requested.
The permit fee that was paid covers the inspection to make sure the work was completed
according to the Codes. We will keep your pernut open for another 30 days and if we do
not hear from you within this time to set up the inspection, we will mark the pernut "no
inspection called for by homeowner after notification" and take no further action.
