I have revie►�red our files on the requirements for district separation as
approved with tf�e plat for Innsbruck Villages and have found the following
inadequacies which need to be responded to.
l. The fill that vras placed along the vrestern bounaary just north
of Trapp Court has been inadequately protected and is beginning
� to show signs of stress and will soon collapse unless steps are
1;aken to sl;abilize the slopes. � � . . �
2. She slopes to the south of Trapp Court h�ve been inadequately
prepared and therefore do not have adequa�e growt� to protect
f'rom eros�ion.
3. The pt°esent landscapir�g is inadequat� to provide necessary screening
. as rec�uired by the City Cade. A7so a majority af landscaping plan�ed
along berm is either dead or dying.
These condi�ions musi be corrected and suggest that we.meet at the site to
discuss the a{�propriate course of action to correct these problems. Please

Dear Ms. Bentler:
A plumbing pernut was issued on December 17, 2001 to install a water heater at your
address. According to Section 4715.2800 of the State Plumbing Code, a final inspection
shall be conducted on the work authorized by this pernut. As of this date the inspection has
not been requested.
The permit fee that was paid covers the inspection to make sure the work was completed
according to the Codes. We will keep your pernut open for another 30 days and if we do
not hear from you within this time to set up the inspection, we will mark the permit "no
inspection called for by homeowner after notificadon" and take no further action.
