Dear Ms. Keyes:
A mechanical permit and a plumbing pernut were issued in February, 2003 to install a furnace
and air conditioner and a gas water heater at your address. A final inspection on February 28,
2003 noted the following corrections which need to be corrected before we can final the permit:
1) Provide either combustion air for the mechanical room or conduct a worse case scenario test.
2) Provide a water heater panic pan.
The permit fee that was paid covers the inspection to make sure the work was completed
according to the Codes. We will keep your permits open for another 30 days and if we do not
hear from you within this time to set up the inspections, we will mark the permit "no inspection
called for by homeowner after notification and the permits will be expired.
