��C��ON 2, The Inspector of Buildings shall, before issuing permitS fox fih�
exection of any building or structure, or for any addition to any exist�n�
building or structure, or for any alteration or repairs to any e�cisting
building or structure, upon application therefore, require Che payme�t by �he
appliaant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set fpxth a�d i�
the manner herein pravided to-wit:
LTNIFORM BUILDING CODE: Zj�pe 1, 2& 4-$2.15 for each one thousand cubi,c
��et, ox fraction thereof, in such cubical contents. Zj�pe 3& 5-$�.$5 f4�C
each one thousand cubic feet.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpose of computing fees for building petmita, the cubical contents
of any building or addition, is determined by multiplying the ground area
covered from a point six (6) inches below the floor line of the basement
or the cellar to the average heights of the upper surface or to the average�
height of the roof surface of the mnin gable of a pitched roof.
�'or repairs or alterations�to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the
rate of $3.00 per each f•ive hundred dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof in
the cost of all proposed wbr�C.
In no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Sec�i�Qn � be�
less than $5.00.
VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
�TQT�; Permits for eonstruction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours fxo�p the�
�ime of application, to allow for proper revieRa of the proposed structure a�nd
of the construction site.
A Ce�tified Survey of the lot, showing the location of the foundat�,q�;� At���s �.�
�gs been constructed, will be required befo�e proceeding with the f�ca�n�n��
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Applicatioa for a Certificate.of Occupancy shall be made ten (10) days $7��,qx
to the use or occupancy of any structure for which a building permit has k�t��i
iseued; and said structure shall not be used or occup�.ed until a Certific�,t�
o� Occupancy has been issued.
