We are pleased to inform you that the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency
(Agency) has selected the Fountain Oaks TH proposal for end-loan
tomnitment processing under the Medium Density Homeownership Program.
The proposed development contains a total of 36 units, and the MHFA
end-loans will be available for 20 of the units. The development is
to be located at East Brenner Pass. The developer is Darrel Farr
Development Corporation.
Initiatives on the part of the city to make these units more afforda-
ble to the first-time homebuyer is a key element to the success af
this program. Cooperation is encouraged among city staff, Agency
staff, and the development team. We would appreciate your informing
the appropriate city departments and officials of this and all future
notifications regarding this development.
The Agency looks forward to working with your city in providing hous-
