GENEftAL INSTRUCTI�NS
The following mu�t be secnred before moving permit will be issned:
1. A building perrm2t for new loca,tion of building to be moved. To obtain this building permit, the following is
required :
(a) The building to be moved must be inape�ted for structural soundnesa by the building inapector. Phone thia
office for inspection. SUnset 4-7470.
(b) A aurvey of lot to which building is to be moved. This aurvey muat be made bq a licensed surveyor.
(c) The building �nd moving permit must be obtained �t the same time.
2. Tax receipt showing that all real estate taxes due have been paid. Duplicate receipts may be obtained at Anoka
County Auditor.
3. Approval from the F`ridley �Vater and Sewer Department showing th�t bills chargeable ag�inst the property to
be moved have been p�aoid and water coanections have been discontiaued at the curb line or at the main. (See
reverae aide of form.)
4. Approval from Fridley Director of Publie OVorks ofiic e approving routing.
6. Notification to, aad aignature of utility companies. (See reverae aide of form.)

(b) Northern States Power Co., 16 South 6th Street, Agplicati,on and Extension I?epartment.
