Dear Mr. Birkholz: The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 6103 East River Road N. E. revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below are items which do not comply with the City Code: Di�continue outside storage of 7-10 bags of aluminum cans, 10+ tires, and miscellaneous lumber and scrap materials located in the front and side yard areas. 2. . Fridley City Code requires the exterior walls of every building to be maintained in good repair. I have observed more than 25% of the protective surface (paint) on the west garage wall that does not meet cod requirements. 3. It has been reported that an auto repair business is being conducted at this location. City Code does not allow the location of an auto repair business on residentially zoned property. Please discontinue any improper automobile repair activities and contact me if you have questions or comments. Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live.
