Mr. Roy.J. Gillette, the owner of tfie property at 6409 East River Road.
has petitioned the City to instala a sanitary sewer service on his pro-
- perty. In his peti4tion, he waived his ri�ht Lo a public fiearing and re-
quested that the cost of the sewer service be assessed`against his pro-
perty according to our standard procedure.
Due to the fact that �his instaitation had to be con�let�d within a few days
of Mr. Gillette's request, due to the scheduie:of t4�e cc�nstruction on East
