An inspecton was made on Mo�ay, November 2, 1981, of the Sp�ir Station on
the southeast corner of Mississippi Street and East River Road. This
inspection took place as a result of a complaint fram you.
The only item that was not in compliance with the City Code was the
general litter on the property. I mentioned to the manager that he should be
picking up the area on a more regular basis as this would keep the property
free of debris. He mentioned that they had not picked up from the weekend
yet, but would shortly.
Concerni.ng the other iten you mentioned pertaining to the use of rocks
for landscaping and the district separation fence, these items are within
compliance of all applicable ordinances and therefore the City will not pursue
these items.
