_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpose of computing fees for bui.lding permits, the cubical contents of any
building or addition, is determined by multiplying the ground area covered from a,
point six (6) inches below the floor line of the basement or th� cellar to the
average heights of the upper surface or to the average height of the roof surface
of the main gable of a pitched roof.
For repairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the rate
of $3.00 per each five hundred dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof in the cost
of all proposed work.

In�no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Section 2 be less
than $7.50 plus $.50 state surcharge.

NOTE: Permits for construction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the time

A Certificate of Survey of the lot, showing the location of the foundation once it
has been constructed will be required before proceeding with the framing.
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Application for a Certificate of Occupancy shall be made ten (10) days prior to the
use or occupancy of any structure for which a building permit has been issued; and
said structure shall not be used or occupied until a Certificate of Occupancy has
been issued. -

A mechanical permit was issued on May 10, 1999 for the property located at
7045 East River Rd NE for a furnace and an air conditioning unit. According to
Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be
performed on the mechanical system. As of this date no inspection has been
called for.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do
not hear from you, we will expire the permit and any inspections on this

Our Premium Stainless Steel Caps are made of 100%
type 304 Stainless steel for lifetime protection against
rust and corrosion. These caps are of commercial grade
and will last forever. We back this statement up with a
lifetime warranty on all of our stainless steel caps.
Our galvanized cap is constructed of 18 gauge flat
expanded galvanized metal screen and a 16 gauge
galvanized frame, painted with a protective powder
coated fixush to assure long lasting durability. These caps
are backed with a five year warranty against rust through.

We stock 53 sizes to fit all clay flue tiles - square,
rectangle, oval, and round. This saves you time and
money.
3. Easily Installed
Four or more screws secure cap to flue. 1/8" thick weld
nuts are welded to the frame so screws do not strip out
and they will go straight in.
4. Full 8" High
Our caps are a fu118" in height. This minimizes flue
restriction which may cause back smoking.

6. Sizing Your Flue For CHIM-A-LATOR� Chimney
Caps
Simply measure the outside dimensions of your clay flue
tile at the top of your chimney (ex: 8" x 13").
For measuring a round flue liner simply measure the
outside diameter of the round clay flue liner (ex: 8"
round).
We also have caps for mounting directly to the crown
should you not have a clay flue li.ner.
