Dear Mr. Seekamp:
On Monday, October 13, the Fridley City Council officially approved your request for a Special Use
Permit, SP #03-15, to allow for the construction of a 480 square foot accessory building in the rear
yard of your propei-ty, legally described as Part of Camp Howard & Hush's Addition, generally
located at 7055 East River Road NE.
Approval of this special use permit is contingent upon the following stipulations:
1. Petitioner shall install code required hard surface driveway within 12 months of
issuance of a building permit.
2. Petitioner shall obtain all necessary building permits prior to construction.
3. The structure shall not be used for a home occupation or living area.
4. The accessory structure shall be architecturally compatible with existing home and
finished with a complementary siding and color scheme.
You have one year from the date of City Council action to initiate constr�ction. I# you cannot
begin construction in time, you must submit a letter requesting an e�ctension at least three
weeks prior to the expiration date.
