Re: Availability of Sewer to 7136 East River Road
Dear Mr. Johnson:
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA 55421
An inquiry inta the availability of municipal sanitary sewer to
7136 East River Road has been requested. A review of the as-built
drawings for construction of the sanitary sewer in the area indicated
the sewer is at such a depth to accommodate a sewer service for the
subject property. However, the sewer is located on the east side af
East River Road (a County Roadway) approximately 90 feet distant
from the east property line of the subject property.
Due to the extremely high volume of traffic flow on East River
Road, o�en trenching of the roadway for installation of the sewer
service would probably not be allowed (Anoka County would have to
authorize such a request). Augering or jacking the sewer service�
across the right-of-way would be quite expensive.
Therefore, though the municipal sanitary sewer is theoritically
available, at this time it is economically unfeasible to provide a
municipal sewer service. At a future date when East River Road
would require additional improvements the secver service could be pro-
vided at a more realis.tic construction cost. Also at the time the
sewer service is extended to the property, a se�ver lateraT and ser- �
vice assessment will be levied against the property.

Dear Ms. Lehrke:
A mechanical permit was issued on March 1, 2(�0 to install an air conditioner at
your address. According to the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection
shall be conducted on the work authorized by this permit. As of this date, no
inspection has been called for.
The permit fee that was paid covers the inspection to make sure the work was
completed according to the Codes. We will keep your permit open for another 30
days and if we do not hear from you within this time to set up the inspection, we will
mark the permit "no inspection called for" and no further action will be taken.
