Fridley, 1�1 55432 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Slovensky: On October 15, 1990, the Fridley City Council officially approved your request for a Special Use Permit, to allow a second accessory building, over 240 square feet, on Lot 29, Block 1, Oak Creek Addition, generally located at 7234 East River Road N.E., ^ with the following stipulations: � Access to the second accessory building shall be through the existing driveway. 2. 3. There shall be no home occupation in the second accessory building. The accessory building shall be architecturally compatible with the existing dwelling unit. 4�. The driveway issue shall be reviewed in two years. The 1„ �ji petitioner shall provide a hardsurface driveway for the ���' existing garage within one year of Anoka County completing the 1a' East River Road improvement.
