SECTION 2. The Taspector of �uildings shall, befo�e issuing permits for the
' erection of any building or structure, or for any addition to any existing
building ox sticucture, or for anSr alte�ation or repairs to any existing
building or structure, upon application therefore, require the paymer�.t by the
t applicant for such permit of fees to the amount hexein below set forth and•in

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpose of computing fees for building pex�mi.ts, the cubical centenics
of any building or addition, is determined by multiplying the gYOUnd area
covered fxom a point six (6) irches below the floor line of the basement
or the cellar to the average heights of the upper surface or to the average�
�height of the roof surface cf the main gable of a pitched roof.

conducted. An inspection on August 18, 1980 has determined that the
intersection on your property is obstructed and could present a hazard to�

A mechanical permit was issued on February 4, 2002, to install a fumace and air conditioner, and a
plumbing permit was issued on March 6, 2001, to install a water heater at your address. According
to both the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code and Section 4715.2800 of the State Plumbing Code,
final inspections shall be conducted on the work authorized by these permits. As of this date, no
final inspections have been called for.
The permit fees that were paid cover the inspections to make sure the work was completed
according to the Codes. We will keep your permits open for another 30 days and if we do not hear
from you within this time to set up the inspections, we will mark the permits "no inspections called
for" and take no further action.
