Easements Over Westerly 45' of Parcel A: A n�r►-exclusive easement or utility an roadway purpa- sEas over the wester1y45' of that part of Lot 18, Revised ALditor's Subdivision No. 77, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of a line parallel with and distant 197.0 feet north of (as measured by a right angle to) the south line of said Lot 18. 2.
