BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
SECTION 2. The Inspector of Buildings shall, before issuing pezmits for the
erection of any building or structure, or for any addition to any existing
building or structure, or for any alteration or repairs to any exiating
building or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the
applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and in
the manner herein provided to-wit:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpose of computing fees for building perniits, the cubical contents

covered from a point six (6) inches below the floor line of the basement
or the cellar to the average heights of the upper surface or to the average.f
height of the roof aurface of the main gable of a pitched roof.
For repairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the

of the coastruction site.
A Certified Survey of the lot, showing the location of the foundation, once it
has beea constructed, will be required before proceediu� with the framing.
CERTIFICATE, OF OCCUPANCY
Applicatioa for a Certificate of Occupancy shall be made ten (10) days prior
to the use or occupancy qf aay-structure for which a building permit has been

As requested, please find the information regarding sanitary se�ver
service to 7356 East River Road. Alsu note the agreement which must
be signed by the property owner agreeing to pay for the lateral
service in the street. A check with the Assessment Department in-
dicated the lateral assessment is estimated to be $2750.
Please note that accarding to assessing policy, it is possible
that the entire lateral assessment could be waived if the sewer ser-
vice installatian by the property owner is greater than the amount
of the assessment. For example, if a sewer service within the right
of way cost $2750 to install, this $2750 could be credited to the
estimated assessment of. $2750, and therefore, no ser�er lateral assess-
ment would be assigned to this property. In that case the property
owner would only pay his plumber for the service installation to his
property, with no further payments to the City.

Upon preliminary study it was found there are two alternates
available for sexvice hook-up. The first is to the south connect-
ing to the existing 8�' line in Glen Creek Road. This would e�tail
obtaining and easement over the westerly 12 foot of Lot I, BIk. Y;
Oak Creek Estates, belonging to A4r. Lynn E. Fick; 7260 E. River Rd.
The second alternate is to the east to the exi.sti.ng 12" line
on the East side of East River Road. This would entail }acking the
service line under East River Road; as Anoka County will not allo�v �� �'
an open cut placement of the pipe.
These estimates do not reflect the costs for any Iands cape
restorati.on or easement acquisition. Some tree removal may b e
