building or structure, or for any alteration or repairs to any existiag

VBRIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
NOTE: Permits �or eonstruction will be issued a minimum of 24 houra from the
time af appllcationy to a21ow for proper revfe� of the proposed strnctu�e and
of fi�e conatruc�ion si��.
A Certified Survey of the lot, showi�g the location of tiie f�undation, once it
has been constructed, wi11 be required b�fo�e proceedin� with the framing.

BUILllING PERMIT FTiF SCIIEDULE
SECTION 2. The Tnspector of Euildings shall, before issuing permits for the
erectiion of any building or structure, �r tor any addition to any existing
building or structure, or for any alteration or repairs to any existing
building or structure, upon application the•refore, require the payment by the
applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and in
the manner herein provided to-wit:
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: Type 1, 2& 4-$2.15 for each one thousand. cubic
feet, or fraction thereof, in such cubical,contents. Type 3& 5-$1,85 for
each one thousand cubic feet.
/�DDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpose of compu�ing fees for bnilding permits, the cubical contents
of any building or a�dition, is determined by multiplying the ground area
cotTerect from a point six (6) inches below the flaor line of the basement
ox the cellar to the average heights of the upper surface or to the average�
�height of the roof suxface of the main gable of a pitched roof.
For �apairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the
rai:e of $3.00 per each five hundxed dollars ($500.00) or fraction thexecf in
tihe cosi: oi all proposed work.
In no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Sectian 2 be
less than $5.00.
VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
NOTE: Permi�s for construction will be issued a. minimum of 24 hours from �he
time of application, to allow for proper review of the proposed structure and
of the construction site.
A Ccr�ified Survey of the lut, showing tlte location of the foun.ciation, once it
