RE: First Notice of Noncompliance at 7905 East River Road N.E.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Klismith:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 7905 East River Road N.E. revealed
that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed
below is an item which does not comply with the City Code:
1. Discontinue outside storage of unused solid waste containers
and minor amount of assorted materials along east side of
property.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An
inspection will be conducted on or about September 16, 1991 to
determine compliance.

RE: Property at 7905 East River Road
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Klismith:
A recent inspection revealed that a bush at the southwest corner
of the above referenced property appears to be creating a visual
obstruction at the intersection of 79th Way/East River Road East
Service Drive. This obstruction extends into what is called the
"vision safety zone" (see enclosed definition) restricting a clear
sight path for motorists at this intersection.
Please take the appropriate action to bring this property into
compliance with the enclosed ordinance. I will be reinspecting
this property on or shortly after September 7, 1993, at which time
compliance is expected. Feel free to call me at 572-3595 if you
