An inspection of the above vacant property was done on May 21, 1982. It was
found that construction equipment, autcmobiles and trucks were being garkecl on
these lots. This activity will only be allaved if the folla�rir►g improvements
are ccsmpleted within a reasonable period of times
1. Access to the properties must be made through curb cuts.
2. Harcl-surfaced driveways and garking areas must be maintained.
3. The outside storage must be properly screened.
4. The property must be adequately lanciscaped.
5. A drainage plan must be submitted showing adequate control of
water run-off.
6. 6° poured coricrete curbing along perimeters of driveways and
parking.
7. All other applic�ble City Codes must be satisfied.
