S�CTION 2. The Inspector of Bui].dings shall, before issuing permits for the
erection of any building or stxucture, ox for any addition to any existing
building or structuxe, or for any altexati�n or repairs to any existing
building or structure, upon application thexefore, require the payment by the
applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and�in
the ma.nner herein provided to-wit:

ADDITIONAL INFORb�tATION
For the pu•rpose of computing fees for building permits, the cubical contents
of any building or addition, is determined by multiplying the ground area
covex'ed frcm a point six (6) inches below the floor line of the basement
or the cellar to the average heights of the upper surface or to the average:.
height of the roof surface of the main gable of a pitched roof.
For repairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the
xate of $3.00 per each five hundred dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof in
the cost of all proposed work.
In no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Section 2 be
less than �$7.50.
VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
NOTE: Permits for construction will be issued a minimum of 2� hours from the
time of application, to allo� for proper review of the proposed structure and
of the construction site.
A Cextified Survey of the lot, showing the location of the foundation, once it
has been constructed, will be required before proceeding with the fxaming.
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPA\CY
Application for a Certificate o� Occupancy shall be ma.de ten (10) days prior
to the use or occupancy of any structure for which a builcling pe.rmit has been

SECTION 2. The Inspector of IIuitdings shall, before issuing permits for the erection
of any building or structure, or for any addition to any existing building or structure,
oz for any alteration or repairs to any existing building or structure, upon application
therefore, require ttie payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount
herein below set forth and in the manner herein provided to-wit:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpose of computing fees for building permits, the cubical contents of any
building or addition, is determined by multiplying the ground area covered from a
point six (6) inches below the floor line of the basement or th� cellar to the
average heights of the upper surface or to the average height of the roof surface
of the main gable of a pitched roof.
For repairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the rate
of $3.00 Per each five hundred dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof in the cost•
af all proposed work.
In no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Section 2 be less
than $7.50 plus $.50 state surcharge.
VERIFICATIO� OF FOUNDATION
NOT�: Permits for construction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the time
of application to allow for proper review of the proposed structure and of the
construction site.
A Certificate of Survey of the lot, showing the location of the foundation once it
has been constructed ti�ill be required before proceedir.g with the framing.
Ct�TIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Application for a Certificate of Occupancy shall be made ten (10) days prior to the
use or�occupaney of any structure for which a building permit has been issued; and
said structure shall not be used or occupied until a Certificate of Occupancy has
been issued.

Building, mechanical and plumbing permits were issued in 2003 to install siding, a furnace, air
conditioner and a gas water heater at your address. According to the State Codes, final
inspections shall be conducted on the work authorized by these permits. A final inspection on
January 13, 2004 noted the following corrections which need to be corrected before we can final
the pernuts :
1) Size common vent per manufacturer's instructions.
2) Provide house numbers.
The permit fees that were paid cover the inspections to make sure the work was completed
according to the Codes. We will keep your permits open for another 30 days and if we do not
hear from you within this time to set up the inspections, we will mark the permit "no inspection
called for by homeowner after notification and the permits will be expired.
