For �he purpose of computing fees for buil8in� permits, the cubical contents of any
k�ui.ldir�g or addition, is deterr.:ined by mult-iplying thc ground area covered from a
point six (6) inches belo�r� thc floor line of the bas�-nent or the cellar to the
average heights ot the upper surface or to the average height of the roof surface
of �he main gable ot a pitched roof.
For repairs ar alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the rate
of $3.00 Y��r each five hundred dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof in the cost
of all proposed work.
In no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Section 2 be Iess
than $7.50 plus $.50 state surcharge.
VcRIFICATIO� OF FOUNDATIQfV
NOTE: Permzts �or construction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the time
of aZ��:lication to allow for proper review of the proposed structure and of the
constauci:ion site.
A Certificate of Survey of the lot, showing the location of the foundation once it
has �,een constructed will be required befare proce�ding with the framing.
CtRTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Application for a Certificate of Occupancy shall be made ten (1G) days prior to the
use ar occupancy of any stnicture for which � builcli ng pe nnit has been issued; and
said structure sliall not b� used or occu��ied until a Certificate of Occu��nc�� has

RE: Skateboard Ramp under Construction in Alleyway between
200 Blocks of Liberty and Ely Streets
Dear Owner/Occupant:
Recently it has come to our attention that a skateboard ramp is
being built and stored on City property at the above-referenced
site. As the City is responsible for the health and safety of its
citizens, and general maintenance of its property, we must require
that this construction cease and the materials be removed
immediately. This is necessary to keep the alleyway free of debris
and prevent risk of damage or injury caused by this activity.
If this ramp and any surrounding materials are not removed by June
12, 1989, the City will take action to resolve the problem. Please

Dear Mr. Little:
A plumbing permit was issued on January 28, 2000 to install a water heater at your
address. According to section 4715.2800 of the State Plumbing Code, a final inspection
shall be conducted on the plumbing authorized by this permit. As of this date, no
inspection has been called for.
The permit fee paid covers the inspector's time to make sure the appliance was installed
correctly. We also check to make sure combustion air has been installed and that the
vent and vent connectors have been sized properly.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do not hear
from you, we will expire the permit and any further inspection on this installation will
require a new permit. "

address. According to the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be
conducted on the work authorized by this permit. As of this date the inspection has not
been requested.

according to the Codes. We will keep your permit open for another 30 da.ys and if we do
not hear from you within this time to set up the inspection, we will mark the pernut "no
