5ection 2. The Inspector of Buildings shall, before issuin� any permit for
the erectioa of any building or structure, or for any addition to aay exist-
ing buildiag or structure, or for any alterations or repaira to any existia$
building or s�ructure, upon application therefor, require the paymeat bq the
apglicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and
in the manner herein provided to-wiC:
Z.1. For any such permit for the erection o.i anq fire-proof building, other
than a ga�age� warehouse, factory or grain eievator, or for the erectioa of
aay fire-proof addition, for similar occupaacy, to any existing building
ahall be et the rate of $1.40 for each one thousand cubic feet, or fraction
thereof, in such cubical conteats.
2.2. For any such permit for ehe erectioa of anq fire-proof garage, warehouse,�
factory or grain elevator, or for the erection of aay fire-groaf eddition,
for similar occupancy, to any existing building shall be at the rate of $1.25
for each one thousand cubic feet, clasaified as "fireproof" by Section 502 of
the Minneagolis Building C�le. �

200 Blocks of Liberty and Ely Streets
Dear Owner/Occupant:
Recently it has come to our attention that a skateboard ramp is
being built and stored on City property at the above-referenced
site. As the'City is responsible for the health and safety of its
citizens, and general maintenance of its property, we must require
that this construction cease and the materials be removed
immediately. This is necessary to keep the alleyway free of debris
and prevent risk of damage or injury caused by this activity.
If this ramp and any surrounding materials are not removed by June
12, 1989, the City will take action to resolve the problem. Please

BUILDING PERNIIT FEE SCHEDULE
The Cluef Building Official shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any building or
structure, or for any addition to any existing buildin.g or structure, or for any alteration or repair
to any existing building or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the
applicant for such permit of fees to the a.mount herein below set forth and in the manner herein
provided ta-wit:
