I visited with her and a contractor regarding the proposed improvement. It was suggested that Mrs. Kostuch contact her neighbor to the north and jointly submit a proposal to rip- rap an eroding curve on Springbrook Creek The contractor was to prepare an estimate and sketch which could then be submitted to the City. Mrs. Kostuch proposes to submit a formal request to the City for_participating in the stream bank project. I indicated to her that the maximum the Council would consider is a 50% participation based upon sloping the bank, installing filter fabric and appropriate rip-rap.
