RE: First Notice of Noncompliance at 524 Fairmont Street N.E.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Swanson:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 524 Fairmont Street N.E. revealed
that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed
below are items which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Observed two vehicles (CKG-734, LLU-801) with expired
registration parked on property. Fridley City Code requires
that all vehicles must be currently licensed/street operable
and kept on a hard surface parking area, or stored in an
enclosed structure.
2. Discontinue outside storage of assorted materials in rear
yard. Fridley Zoning Code limits outside storage to boats,
trailers, and stacked firewood.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatl�yn
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live.

determine compliance.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Swanson:
This letter is to confirm the information which I gave to you by
telephone three weeks ago. At that time I extended the deadline
for bringing your property into full compliance with the City Code
until April 30, 1990. (Please review the attached copy of my
original letter for information on compliance requirements.)
I will be reinspecting this property on or shortly after April 30,
1990, at which time full compliance is expected. Please call me
