There are same corrections and uncoanpleted items that will have to he done prior to the City's final approval. 1. Provide sod in the frant and side yards. 2, Post address on structures. 3. Provide City with copy of verifying survey of the lot. 4. Install 2" x 6" lateral bracing in floor truss system. 5. Instal 1 sheetrock on the basement side of common wall adjacent garage (this rock must go up to the f loor sheathing). 6. Repair broken trusses by sandwiching the area of damage with � plywood or equivalent. 7. Fill open cores of brick ledge on block walls of the garages. to inch We will expect the above items to be completed and a f inal inspection called for.
