Dear Mr. Bitzen:
A final inspection of your address was made on October 27, 1976. The only
item noted that was not coanplete was the installation of the hard surfaced
driveway. We will expect the driveway to be installed by June 1, 1977 when
a reinspection will be made to determine compliance.
Please be sure to contact the City Engineering Department to obtain approval
for the driveway approach before installing the driveway.
