It was mentioned that this'improvement' was required t❑ reduce street and storm sewer maintance. Havng lived at the above address for a few yeara I found that the �Street maintance and sewer Maintence thet you list was almost non existant, and so to reduce it further is ,just a joke. The ditch was and to my knowlede is still maintained by the property owners on whose praperty lines it presses. The City and certainly not the County have ever teken care of this area. Outside of minor 'pothoLe� repair, the street has been mainteined by itself. The only stones found on the road way have been not from the driveways but from that 'properlyo maintained highway�s shoulders. Hopefull� these well thought out 'improvements' will affect those who make the decisions in Fridley although; I rether doub.t that they would allow anyone to dictate 'improvements' about their property.
