Section 2. The Inspector o£ Buildings shall, befose issuing any permit for

any fire-groof addition, for similar occupaacy, to any eaisting building

I appreciated the opportunity to discuss the tree removal at 7892 Firwood Way. As a follow-up
to our December 18, 1995, telephone conversation, I am contacting you with additional
information on the property owner.
As you indicated, due to the trailer breakdown, you were unable to complete the tree removal. I
will be contacting the property owner to explain the complications; however, you may wish to do
the same. You may also want to arrange a mutually acceptable time with the property owner to
finish removal of the trees and debris. As you stated, this will occur between now and the first
week in January.
