authorize execution of the agreenent. Seoonded by Councilman Schneider. Upon

Mr. Flora, Public Works Director, stated the resident of the above property
awns four lots each 40 feet wide. He stated the petitioner's house presently
is situatec] on two of those lots, leaving the other two vacant. Mr. Flora
stated all four lots are on one tax statement and the awner r�w wishes to sell
the two vacant lots for a twilding site and recent State legislation requires
the Council to pass a tesolution waiving any restrictions on the division of
taxes.
Mr. Flora stated the site meets all zoning and related subdivision
r��; renents.
