He stated the petitioner's house presently is situatec] on two of those lots, leaving the other two vacant. Mr. Flora stated all four lots are on one tax statement and the awner r�w wishes to sell the two vacant lots for a twilding site and recent State legislation requires the Council to pass a tesolution waiving any restrictions on the division of taxes.
