Re: Final Inspection at 6572 Fridley Street N.E., Fridley
Dear Sirs:
A final inspection was made on November 25, 1985 of the above address and
the following iteas were noted which must be c�npleted before the structure
can be finaled out:
l. Provide City with copy of the verifying survey.
2. Sheetrock all exterior walls in the basement to cover the styrofoam
sheathing.
3. Post house numbers on structure.
4. Provide joist hangers for foyer joist.
5. Provide a stop on the utility room door to prevent it from hitting the
gas piping behind it.
6. Install a handrail on the bottom set of stairs.
7. Provide and secure a rigid cover over the sump basket. °
8. Change or install a window in each of the two front bedrooms that meet
the Building Code egress window requirements. 'I'he existing windows
are the wrong type and are too small.
The structure can not be occupied until �11 of the above items have been
corrected. We will expect these items to be completed by December 16, 1985
when a reinspection will be conducted to determine compliance. If you have
