BVII�D�11iG PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
Section 2. The Inspector of Buildin�s shall, before issuiag any permit for
the erectioa of any building or structure, or for any additioa Co aay exiet-
ing building or structure, or for any altermtions or repairs to any ezisting
bu3lding or aeructure, upon application therefor, require the payment by Che
appl3cant for such permit of fees to the amount hereia below set forth and
ia Che manner hereia provided to-wit:
2.1. For any such permit for �he erection of any fire-proof build3ng, othes
than a garagei warehouse, factory or grain e],evator, or for the erection of
aay fire-proof addition, for similar occupaacy, to anq enisting building
shall be at the rate of $1.40 for eacla one thousand cubic feet, or fraction
thereof, in such cubical coatents.
2.2. For anq such permit for ehe erection of any.fire-proof garage, warehouse,�
factory or grain elevator, or for the erection of aay fire-proof eddition,
for similar occupancy, to any existing b�tildiag shall be at the rate of $1.25
for each oae thousand cubic feet, cla�aified as t1fireproof" bq Sectivn 502 of
the Minneapoli� Building Code. �

` thaa a garage, warehouse, factory or grain elevator, or any aon-fireproof
addition, for s3milar occupancq, to any existing buiidiag - permit $1.00 for
each one thousand cubic feet.

2.4. For any auch permit for the erection of any non-fireproof garage,
wareheuse, factory.or grain eleeator, or for the erectioa of any non-fireproof
add3tioa, €or--similar occupancy, to any existing building or for each such
__ -bvildiag or addition - ninety ceats ($0.90) for each one thousand cubic feet
or fzaetioa thereof, in the cubical centents thereof with a miaimum of $4.OU.-
For the purpose of computiag feea for building permita, the cubical coatents
of any building or addition eo a uniform height throughout by multip�y►in� the
ground area covered from a point si�c (6) iaches below the floor line of r1�e
basement or cellar to the average height of the upper surface or to the
average height of the ry�of surface of the maim gable of a pitched roof.
2.5. For repaira or alteratioas to an exiating structu�ce, the fee shall be
at the rate of $3.00 per each Five Hwadred Dollara (�500.00j or fractioa
thereof�3n the cost of all proposed work.
2.6. In no case ahall the fe� .charged. for.-aap permit� .alg �et forth in
Sectioa 2 be lese.than $4.00. '
