variance request, VAR �95-30, by Roland Radil, to increase the

Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the
Fridley Appeals Commission at the Fridley Municipal Center, 6431
University Avenue N.E. on Tue$dap, Ootober 24, 1995 at 7a30 p.m.
for the purpose of:
Consideration of a Variance request, VAR #95-
30, by Roland Radil, per Section
205.07.O1.B.(4).(a) of the Fridley City Code,
to increase the maximum size of the first
accessory structure from 1,000 square feet to
1,248 square feet, and per Section
205.07.03.C, to increase the maximum lot
coverage from 25� to 25.1� to allow
