Dear Sirs:
The final inspection was conducted on October 12, 1984 of the abov e address
and the following it �ns were noted which must be completed before the structure
can be finaled out;
1. Install joist hangers on deck joist by November 1, 1984.
2. Provide a handrail on the stair between the lower porch and the middle
porch by Novesaber 1, 1984.
3. Provide proper clearances for the Class B furnace vent by November 1, 1984.
4. Nail joist bridging by November 1, 1984.
5. Provide the City with a copy of the verifying survey by November 1, 1984.
6. Provide sod in the front and side yards by June l, 1985.
We will expect the above itaus to be completed by the scheduled dates when
