For repairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the rate

For repairs or alterations to an existang structure, the fee shall be at the rate
of $3.00 per each five hundred dollars'�($500.00) or fraction tliereof in the cost

than $7.50 plus $.50 state surcharge. � �

The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 1085 Gardena Avenue N.E. revealed
that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed
below are items which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Observed vehicle parked on qrass at northwest corner of
property. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must
be currently licensed/street operable and kept on a hard
surface parking area, or stored in an enclosed structure.
2. Discontinue outside storaqe of sofa located in front yard.

addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repair to any existing building or structure,
upon application therefore, require the payment by the applicant for such pernut of fees to the amount herein
