2.1. For aay auch perm�it for the erecCion of auq fire-proof bu�ilding, other
than a garagea warehouse, factory or grain elevator, or for the erectioa of
any fire-proof addition, for s3milar occupancy, to any existin� buildiag
sha11 be �t the zate of $1.40 foz each one thousaad cubic feet, or fractioa
thereof, in such cubical contents.
