6410 Starlite Boulevard N.E. concerning possible future develop-
ment of this site. During our conversation, he indicated that
there are presently two recreational vehicles stored on this
property and requested assistance in getting them moved so that he
may prepare the site for future work. One of these vehicles (RV
71011) is currently registered in your name. Please take action
to remove this vehicle from the vacant property as soon as
possible. �

Dear Ms. Christenson:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant
and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 1337 Gardena
Avenue N.E. revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed
below are items which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed and street
operable and kept on a hard surface parking area if they are stored outside. I
observed an improperl� parked vehicle which appears to be inoperable.
2. Discontinue the improper outside storage of a boat located in the front yard area.
(Boa#s and trailers are permitted in the side and rear yards only.)
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make
Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be conducted on or shortly after July 10,
1996, to determine compliance.
