The retaining wall as proposed would consist of broken concrete slabs approximately 12inches widewhich would be anchored in the ground and supported by earth fill from the east w�hich retaining wall would becom� level with the property adjoining the. subject premises on the east. On top of this retaining wall, Mr. Peters proposes to canstruct a stockade type fence of cedar which wiil be anchored in w-�II casings set in concrete.
