B. STATED HARDSNIP: Two roofs over front outside entrance stairs drip ice in winter creating a serious hazard. This will be eliminated by extending � roof over the -�tairs. During heavy rain a large amount of water runs down the driveway which is 7 inches lower�than the road. The � water runs through cracks in the floor into the basement level.
