RE: First Notice of Noncompliance at 1640 Gardena Avenue N.E.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. McAmis:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 1640 Gardena Avenue N.E. has revealed
that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed
below are the items which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Observed vehicle (DZS 709) with expired registration parked
in rear yard. Fridley City Code 123 requires that all
vehicles must be currently licensed and street operable, or
stored in an enclosed structure, or removed from property.
2. Remove (or store in an enclosed structure) items located along
south and west sides of storage building on south side of
property. These materials include, but are not limited to,
water heaters/tanks, tires, wood and assorted debris.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An
inspection will be conducted on or about June 19, 1989 to determine
compliance.

RE: Final Notice of Noncompliance of the Fridley City Code at
1640 Gardena Avenue N.E.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. McAmis:
On June 19, 1989, a final inspection of the property at 1640
Gardena Avenue N.E. confirmed that the following items still do
not comply with City Code:
1. Observed vehicle (DZS 709) with expired registration parked
in front �ard. Fridley City Code 123 requires that all
vehicles must be currently licensed and street operable or
stored in an enclosed structure or removed from the property.
2. Remove (or store in an enclosed structure) items located along
south and west sides of storage building on south side of
property. These materials include, but are not limited to,
tires, wood, and assorted debris.
An inspection to determine compliance will be conducted on or about
July 10, 1989. You should arrange to complete an approved plan for
compliance before that date. Should this inspection confirm that
this deficiency still exits, legal action will be approved. If
corrective action cannot be completed by this time, contact me to
coordinate a schedule to complete this requirement.

Dear Mr. Mcamis:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of pramoting a pleasant
and attradive suburban environment. A recent inspe�tion of the property at 1640 Gardena
Avenue revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below is
an item which does not comply with the City Code:
Please discontinue the improper outside storage of a camper trailer located in the
front yard. (Boats, trailers, and firewood are permitted in the side yard and rear
yard. )
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make
Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be conducted on or shortly after
September 6, 1996, to determ�ne compliance.
