Dear Mr Calistro
A final re roofing inspection was conducted on Nov. 8�' 2006. It appears
from the pictures of the roof decking condition that the said roof deck
needed to be replaced. According to section 905.1, 2000 IRC; roof coverings
shall be applied in accordance with applicable provisions of this section and
the manufacturer's instructions. Furthermore section 905.2 states; the
installation of asphalt shingles shall be fastened to solidly sheathed decks. .
