Dear Mr. McCarty-
It was brought to the City's attention and verified by an on site inspection
on December 18, 1974 that you were maintaining refuse and other miscellaneous
ma.terial on your property.
Said inspection found cardboard, boards, and miscellaneous building ma,terials
stored in your yard and in a trailer.
Therefore, the City must require you to dispose of in a sanitary manner, all
refuse and other waste materials found on your property. Also, it would be
expected that all exterior storage be eliminated or neatly piled and covered.
A reinspection will be conducted on or about ten (10) days fro3a t'he date of
this letter to determine compliance. We are confident i.n your cooperation and
are confzdent tha.t in the future your property will be maintained as a credit to
yourself and the City. If any problems or questions arise from this letter,

This letter is to notify you of a water well in your dis�ri-ct/that should
be sealed according to the Water Well Construction Code MCAR §4725.2500-2900.
E.H. RENNER 8 SONS, INC. has been notified by the owner of this property or
an interested party and have subsequently submitted to them an estimate for
the sealing of this well under our LICENSE #71015. We have also included
a copy of the current code requirements with our estimate.
In submitting our estimate, the owner may also receive additional estimates
and hire any number of Minnesota licensed water well contractors in this area
to seal their well. However, there is a possibility that this well may not
be properly sealed and thus jeopardize the ground water and Public� Health.
