Both Mr. & Mrs. Monlinari are in bad health and need both bathroom & laundry room on main floor or they will be forced to sell their home and find somewhere else to live to meet their needs. After looking at the survey I don't understand how the City ever issued a Building permit for this home the way the house sits on the lot. The whole house should have been moved closer to Rainer Pass. The hardship in this case is the home is already Non-Conforming use. The back yard of this home is very secluded and I don't think there would be any neighbors opposed to fhis variance. By adding this addition, tlle Non-Confor2ning use really isn't any more than it is at it's present state. Thank you, - Bruce A.
