Driveway instaliations or expansions do not require a permit, but the owner of 124 Glen Cr Rd should have checked into
the rules before they instaNed it. I do not know when the driveway was installed, but it appears to be constructed to the
property line on the 2007 aerials we have i� our system. Obviously, they did not get permission from Mr. Ho prior to
construction of the driveway since he is notifying the City about it. Now, years after it was installed, should the City
make them remove it? These are difficult situations that we document in the records but have not required removai. I
suspect the reason this is coming up now is because of the outside storage that we can look into. But, it they have motor
vehicles stored on the pavement, that wouid be al{owed.

Paul and Rachel, i don't think there is such a thing as a bouievard tree ordinance.
There's a section of the code that deals with boulevards and the recently amended tree
ordinance. Unfortunately 1 can't find the section of the code that deals with boulevards.
Can one of you respond to this? Also check on the legality of the Becker's sidewalk
and driveway expansion. Thanks.
