The Sussel Company guarantees all materials and workmanship furnished by us for continuing satisfaciory performance under normal usage and will promptly repair or replace substantial defectiue materials or workmanship at no charge within a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery or installation, ezcept as otherwise set forth ir this paragraph. Roofing and siding workmanship is guaranteed for two years from date of our installation. Roofing and siding materials, household and mechanical appliances and fixtures are guaranteecl to the extent of the manufacturer's warranties. Proper operation of enclosures, doors and windows is guaranteed for one year from the date of our installation. B. If we do the concrete work, we guarantee to properly locate your unit complying with all local building codes and zoning ordinances. C. We guarani�e the expert workmanship throughout construction of our entire unit. D. We guarantee to carry workmen`"s compensation and public liability insurance protection. E. We guarantee to carry all necessary licenses and bonds as required by the applicable building code and zoning ordinances. F. Our responsibility under our guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of defective materials and workmanship and we shall not be liable for consequential damages. It is understood that we are not liable for water damage to any building or the contents therein, nor are we liable for any damage caused by water seepage into basements. Further, our guarantee does not cover cracking, peeling, or pitting of cement work, or any other damage to concrete or asphalt from ground settling, frost heave, road salts, or other conditions beyond our control. G. If you do any portion of the outside or inside finishing work, we guarantee to replace free of charge, lumber or material originally purchased from us that you may damage during construction; and to fumish free help if you run into a problem with your work H. We guarantee to supply you with all materials needed to fulty complete the unit as purchased. TERMS AND CONOITIONS 1. This contract is subject to approval and acceptance by the General Manager of the Sussel Company. 2. This contract re{�resents the entire understanding of the parties hereto. There are no verbal understandings or representationsin addition to or modifying this contract. " 3. The cost of changes, if any, required by building codes; variances, if required by building codes; a survey if required to determine boundary lines; and changes in work resulting from unusual sub-soil conditions and obstructions, above or below grade; are not covered by this contract and shall be paid for by purchaser. 4.
