In order to facilitate these improvenents, Ms. Willieans is willing to transfer a triangular portion of her property oonsistng of approximately 274 sguare feet to her adjoining neic�bor in order to provide a driveway access fran his property. �e City is assisting in this transfer as it relates to the roadway improvenents. Attached is a mp� of Ms. Willivns' letter indicating her willingness to sell the property at a cost of $2.60 per square foot plus associated processing fes of $265.00 as noted in youc letter.
