Fridley, MN 55432 Re: Connection to Sump Pump Discharge Line Dear Mr. Haukaas: As I have discussed with the City, I have connected the downspout that formerly drained to my driveway and the drain tile from my retaining wall to the sump pump discharge line in Hackmann Circle. In accordance with our discussion, and the City's letter of May 12, 1998 (copy enclosed}, I remit a check for $200 made out the City of Fridlep. I understand that, having made the connection, if in the future I wish to discharge a sump pump to my drain, there will be no additional charge. I think you should know that the City made the experience of connecting to the sump pump discharge line unpleasant, and I would not recommend it to my neighbors. If you have any questions, please call me at work: (952) 832-2731. Sincerely, James R, Lan e ` 03 JAMES R. LANGSETH 1096 HACKMANN CIRCLE TdE
